I was quite introverted then, so when I started to do other people’s makeup, it gave me a way to connect with others. So, it’s what makeup brought to me and did for me that had me so connected to it.”

It’s so personal and can be emotional. I always try to uplift with words by ending all my YouTube videos with motivational and self-empowering messages because makeup is more than just surface level. I hope to influence self-love and confidence in others,” she affirms.
Exciting developments are on the horizon for Christen and her brand, Dominique Cosmetics. She teases, “I do have some exciting creations coming up soon! When I create anything, I want it to simplify and make any makeup routine easier. So, with that in mind, my brand, Dominique Cosmetics, has an innovation coming soon to the beauty industry that will change how you do makeup in the best way!”
