Through her entrepreneurial journey, Jen has learned crucial business skills and shares one that has been a guiding principle for her throughout the years. She states, “In business, one key lesson I’ve learned is that clarity follows action, not the other way around. In order to succeed, you need to start before you’re ready and be courageous enough to fail. Failure is just feedback. It shows you what’s not working, so you can find a way to make it work. It’s all part of the journey.” She further emphasizes, “One of my favorite quotes is by Marianne Williamson: ‘Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.’ It’s a reminder that we often stand in our own way, and it’s up to us to step into our power.”

As we took a moment to chat with Jen, considering her industry experience, we pulled back the curtain to ask what advice she would have given to her younger self. She shares, ‘If I could go back in time, I would share that the road to success is paved with mistakes and failures, and that’s okay. A lot of the stuff you’re obsessing over won’t matter at all in a few years. It’s how we learn and grow. She further expresses, “I’d also tell her not to care so much about what other people think because their opinions of you are none of your business. I would encourage her to stop trying to fit in and embrace the qualities that make her different because those will be the very things that make her stand out and connect with people on a deeper level. Most importantly, I’d tell her to believe in herself, because she is capable of so much more than she thinks.”
Looking to the future, Jen has exciting plans in store. As her company consistently stays at the forefront of innovation, they continue to explore new ways to support clients, including harnessing the power of AI to create content that helps them set themselves apart from the competition.
