Have you always embodied an entrepreneur spirit? What inspired you to start your own business?
I realized I needed to build my own empire my first day working for someone else. While gaining experience and knowledge, following others moral and their perception of what team work should entail was not necessarily my ideal.
What would you say is the biggest lesson that you have learned about business?
The biggest lesson I have learned about business is that we are all in this together. It truly takes a village, happy clients and a talented team is what it takes to make Alen M the place to be.
What do you love most about the hair/beauty industry?
My love for creativity and innovation is the reason I fell in love with the hair/beauty industry. My constant work on my creativity is derived by the continuous evolution in the hair and beauty industry.
What three words would you use to describe your personal style?
Modern, chic, luxurious. My passion of luxury and minimalism in my personal space was the drive for my vision for the salon. “Luxury is in each detail,” said Hubert de Givenchy; I apply this quote for my salon and my work.
To future generations, what do you want to be remembered by?
I hope to be remembered for my love of hair color, women and making them feel incredibly beautiful.

I am and have been fortunate to have the support of my family and friends in the process of my growth. With my passion for creating beautiful color with my unique technique, I was able to align all those that believed in me to join my train of expansion and success.
