Q: How did you first get started in real estate? I first got started into real estate when I was 25 in 2005 when I flipped my first house and made 125k on my first deal!

Grant Cardone has been my biggest mentor in business and influencer in my life! The best piece of advice was when he said to invest all your cash into your brand and real estate multi-family units.

Q: If you could speak to your younger self, what would you tell him? Do more personal development early and work on yourself harder to become the best version of yourself and surround yourself with only high-level individuals that want you to win!
Q: Did you have a tipping point? My tipping point was going to my first Entrepreneur conference 4 years ago which wake me up as an Entrepreneur and made me realize how small I was playing in life! From there I started reaching for greater achievement in my business and life!
Q: What is a current or coming project that you are excited about? I am about to close on 2 big Mobile home parks that are around 92 units and I am moving to Florida to launch a solar panel business.
Q: How do you balance family, work, personal time and personal growth? I don’t waste any time on leisure activities or entertainment. I just focus on getting things done that are pertinent to achieving my goals and helping my kids and wife do the same.
