First off, what does a healthy relationship with food look like? Well, according to Abby Langer, it is eating when you are hungry and stopping when your body says that you are full. It also includes eating what you want and not constantly checking the scale.

2. Eat when you are hungry.

3. Practice mindful eating.

4. Welcome all foods into your diet.

5. Allow yourself to eat the foods that you feel are best for you at that very moment.
