Kombucha is a healthy and satisfying drink that is known for its many health benefits and is a staple drink for many and for others it is yet to be explored. 2. Helps manage blood sugar levels

A systematic review shows that a daily consumption of 60 mL of kombucha was associated with the maintenance of blood sugar levels. Although future research is needed to verify the result, current studies suggest that kombucha could be applied to diabetes prevention and intervention.
