Inner Spiritual Gangster: the self that is in a state of high powered emotion and divine connection to their source; the alter ego that expresses the need to feel energetically aligned while handling mega deals.
When in this state, it’s important to be in the flow of our energy and to successfully and efficiently accomplish the tasks that we want to complete. Music can easily be used to help you find your inner high-energy flow, peace, rhythm and balance at any time of the day. No matter what is ahead of you, tapping into this side of you can help you feel energized and full of momentum.

My Personal Playlist
My music playlist is an hour. I use it to set my intention from the moment I get up to walk the dogs, shower, meditate, drink my coffee and get ready for the day.
I start with Mooji’s “Thank You” meditation, and then I ease into Ayla Nereo’s “Let it In.” I close with my favorite Psalm, Psalm 23. You can find my Spotify and YouTube. There is so much goodness and healing to this playlist, to include Deva Premal’s Healing Mantras.

Have you ever heard the saying,
“Drink some coffee, put on some gangster rap and handle it” ?
Never has a saying been so perfect!
