Year after year, Orange County Fashion Week continually contributes to the rising fashion profile in California. From luxurious evening looks to elegant accessories, the OCFW runway is an eye-catching scene.
Kicking off this year’s array at The Ritz-Carlton in Laguna Niguel, luxury designer Sheila Simone showcased 30 looks from her California Riviera Resort Wear Collection. Simone’s first show with OC Fashion Week delivered a vibrant, summer feel that looked exquisite under the Dana Point sunset. Models strutted down the outdoor runway displaying slip-dresses, boyfriend shirt-dresses, chic swimwear and more. The majority of Simone’s customs are 100% silk, flaunting a chic look with a comfortable feel.
Welcomed by Dana Point’s beautiful ocean view, guests arrived at OC Fashion Week for an intimate show featuring Sheila Simone California’s latest collection, live musical performances, amazing local vendors and an Instagram-worthy venue. MCing the event, Patrik Simpsons and Pol Atteu from Emmy Award-Winning Amazon Show Gown and Out entertained guests as they sat down to enjoy the runway show. Guests came dressed in the most fashionable looks, ready to take pictures, get inspired by fashion and make memories that will last forever.
As the sun began to set over Dana Point, The Sheila Simone California runway show began. Her collection displayed chic spring and summer resort wear that ranged from night-on-the-town looks to sleek swimwear, to fun brunch outfits. The pieces were a refreshing take on spring and summer fashion, as they featured jean jackets with silhouette embroidery and animal print elements. Event guests enjoyed a colorful show that got everyone excited for the upcoming season.
Following the show, guests browsed the vendors stationed in suites as others took photos, talked and laughed. Guests were gifted a chic goody bag which included Champagne and personalized glasses from Hma Hydration Suite, luxury skincare from Relentless Skincare, and natural CBD products from Lena Laced. Guests left OC Fashion Week with many beautiful photos and memories to look back on from the inspiring event. Additionally, the Orange County Fashion Week featured accents decadent furniture sponsored by Furniture City OC.
