ANNUAL AGREEMENT SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
L.A. STYLE Industry Leaders Network (Annual Membership)
Deposit will go towards first month’s membership, pending approval within 48 business hours. A full refund will be processed dependent on standard banking processing time.*
Once your network membership is approved your subscription will begin with this payment. This dame form of payment will be charged on a recurring monthly basis, unless otherwise requested to change via an email to leader@lastylemagazine.com. You hereby authorize us to charge the current rate for your plan, plus applicable taxes if applicable, to be charged on a recurring monthly basis. This plan will be renewed automatically on this date annually, unless a cancellation email is sent 30 days prior to renewal date via an email to leaders@lastylemagazine.com.
We may change your plan rate each 12 month renewal term (if you choose to renew) and we will notify you of any rate change with the option to cancel.
By placing your order, you represent and warrant that (i) you agree to these terms on behalf of company, brand or another entity; (ii) you have full legal authority to bind the company, brand or such entity to these terms; and (iii) you are responsible for all use of the subscription purchased in this order or future orders.
CANCELLATION TERMS
You can cancel your subscription by contacting Customer Support via email leadeers@lastylemagazine.com, if you cancel within 10 days of your initial order, you will be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 10 days, there are no refunds to this membership agreement for the annual plan you have purchased herein.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
It is understood that L.A. STYLE accepts multiple writers per industry and is the policy to not exclude Industry Experts based on industry exclusivity.
L.A. STYLE reserves the right to utilize articles and the likeness or articles in L.A. STYLE Magazine online and in print in digital and print marketing of the content. We reserve the right to refuse publishing at L.A. STYLE Media discretion.
