The Transformation Leader
She is Bold Ascension’s Founder and fearless leader of transformational conferences. She is an officer in the United States National Guard. Her conferences and expos bring hundreds of women across Southern California to dive into healing self-discovery. No matter their background, from domestic violence to self-esteem awareness, to holistic wellness, to simple personal growth, she caters to the needs of a woman’s soul.
Passion Project: “I am inspired by knowing that by sharing my experiences, I empower other women to speak up. Cycles are perpetuated by people not speaking their truth. It wasn’t until I shared my story that I realized the power that my story had to heal the world.”
On Importance of Self-Care: “I see it as filling your cup before you fill anybody else’s. How can I be a good friend, wife or mother for everybody else? It’s something that has to be done deliberately. For me, its spiritual connection and also the little things, my network with women for example.”
Power of Being Female: “We have superpowers that men don’t have. We are able to multitask, I think what makes us special, what sets us apart is that we can juggle multiple things at one time, such as being an amazing mom and a CEO. Women are superhuman! Once women tap into our power, we realize we are special. Our power is our femininity.”
On Importance of Self-Care: “I see it as filling your cup before you fill anybody else’s. How can I be a good friend, wife or mother for everybody else? It’s something that has to be done deliberately. Self-care is not just a mani/pedi. It’s different for everybody. You have to find what works for you but also be willing to try different things. For me, its spiritual connection and also the little things, my network with women for example.”
Favorite Beauty Secret: “Anything where I get to feel, it taps into the right side of my brain and activates creativity and insight. A hot shower, massages, listening to my favorite 1990’s and gospel music is my go-to secret. It makes me feel young! Sometimes even if you don’t have the money, you can still do something to take care of yourself.”
