A curve model, TV personality and body positive fashion blogger.  On her blog MissZias.com, Kristina shares fashion guides and style tips for women of all sizes.  She is on a mission to help women feel confident in their skin.

On Body “I think women need to be kinder to themselves and their bodies.  It’s so easy to look in the mirror and focus on what you dislike about yourself, but if you start changing the conversation and focus on what you love, you’ll feel more confident and empowered.”

On Style “Great style is not defined by size or shape!  My favorite thing about style and fashion is that you get to showcase who you are.  I am a dynamic woman with many interests, and I dress for the person I want to be that day.   If you take one look in my closet, you will see lots of bright colors and bold patterns.”

On Health and Beauty “Is there anything more important than taking care of your health?  I think not.  I try to work out at least five days a week and maintain a healthy diet. I think physical activity is imperative for a strong body and mind.  I am a beauty product junkie, but I am starting to adopt a ‘less is more’ approach when it comes to makeup and skin care.  There is nothing I love more than dewy, glowing skin.”

On Being Female “Growing up, I was always told, ‘You can become the President of the United States if you want to.’ My parents made me feel like I could do anything and be anyone.  I am proud to be an empowered woman, and I hope to empower other women in return.  I think the greatest thing women can do is support each other.”
