Natasha Graziano Embodies Self-Love and Intentional Manifestation

Natasha Graziano is a manifestation guru, motivational speaker and best-selling author of The Action Plan: How To Implement the Law of Attraction Into Your Life in Under an Hour. Through her powerful teachings, she aims to guide and empower others to reach their full potential, attain positivity and build the mental and spiritual strength to overcome all difficulties in life.

Graziano began her career as a model for beauty companies and clothing lines. She has worked for brands such as Nico Di Donna, Roja Parfums and Balmain Hair Couture. At 26, she believed that the stars were aligning for her. However, within a year she became a single mom to her son, Rio. Fortunately, her grandmother stepped in to help during this time and took her into her home. Graziano then began her rebuilding process. She became fascinated by the concept of manifestation, a philosophy that espouses positive thinking and the belief that changing one’s thoughts can bring about transformation of the mind and spirit.

Graziano’s discovery of this new method of thinking had a profound effect on her. She soon began to share the techniques she learned online and quickly began to amass a significant following. Graziano’s relatable personal experiences and spiritual motivation continue to resonate with her following. She has become an accomplished entrepreneur and aims to be a beacon of light for those in need of a path to recovery and, ultimately, greatness.

Finding Self-Worth

Natasha Graziano: I went through a lot of pain in my life, so I had to make a decision to change my circumstances. The day you say no to being mistreated, the Universe shows you a different outcome.

The key is to realize when you’re in a toxic environment. Sometimes it is very tough to leave   a situation that you’re emotionally involved with because you think you’re in love, but you’re suffering because it’s not love––it’s infatuation. You can get confused about such things and end up in a situation that doesn’t serve you.

I knew all along that I was suffering, but I didn’t have the courage to face it because I was scared. I started building from the inside out and became more confident. I grew through the thought of getting better every day and by reacting differently. This led me to have the courage to leave a situation that didn’t deserve me.

The moment I met my soulmate in 2021, it felt organic and beautiful.

Fighting an Autoimmune Disease

Natasha Graziano: A pivotal moment was when I was standing in front of the mirror, a moment when I faced myself. That sounds bizarre to many people, but when you stand and you look deeply into your own soul in a mirror, you’ll see the sparkle in your eyes–that’s your soul.

At that moment, I was crying it out. I was listening to Denzel Washington in the background. It was inspiring and motivated me to say, “This is not you, what you’re going through is not you!” I was shouting it to myself in the mirror, saying, “This is only temporary!” I told myself, “Get rid of it and step into your greatness.”

I was preaching to myself saying, “This is your moment and when you come out of it, you are healed. You are going to go and be the woman that you need to be in this world to help others. The story is happening to you so you can share it on your platform. That’s why you have a million followers, because you are meant to show those million people. You know what it’s like, how to get over it, you can show them how they can overcome their traumas and how they can use that adversity as their cure!”

They say when you start totally hearing that third voice and speaking to yourself, you’re crazy. No, you’re not. When you hear that voice, that is God, that is your soul talking to you. You have God within you, I believe that wholeheartedly.

Attracting Your Soulmate

Natasha Graziano: I wrote a list of 100 things I wanted in a man, and marked myself out of 10 and how I was doing. I needed to work on myself, clearly, because this guy was not in my life then for a reason, because I was not the superior woman I needed to be to meet the superior man I wanted.

I needed to work on myself before I brought somebody else into my life because I had to be worthy enough to be with that person. While doing this, you find love in giving to the world. And when you do that, you are resonating in a happy and excited place.

Manifesting anything can happen in a matter of minutes, hours, days, or weeks. I wanted somebody generous and loving. And this time, I didn’t miss any details in my list. The Universe has a way of filling in whatever you don’t.

The Candle Effect

Natasha Graziano: I want to tell you about my candle effect. It’s something really beautiful. I tell everybody that every day you have a choice–whether you’re going to light somebody’s candle or blow it out, whether you’re going to make somebody’s day or ruin it.

Every single time you encounter another human being, you have a moment of choice. If you light their candle, they’re going to go about feeling good because of you. Or are you going to ruin somebody’s day because you’re having a bad day and blow out their candle? And now they are going to go ruin someone else’s day, too. The candle effect gives you a choice between these two–choose wisely.
